UPDATE Monday 27 April: The lecture notes are pretty rough. Am going to scan only a few of them after cleaning them up. Only hand written notes Mike has made, all else is in the book...or make copies from the library. It's all in the book. If I get around to it before class Tuesday 28 April, these notes will simply be found in the home directory, and not linked from this page:
