Dear Tom, Congratulations on your Seminar at Louisville. I assume that is Kentucky? My two messages to Mr Pena got through and presumably were read. It seems to me that conceptualists are the most important thinkers, without ideas, no mathematics. So I am very glad to learn that there is an University that welcomes your views open mindedly. In my opinion progress would be best served if Louisville offered you a visiting position for a year, so that you could work with them on a daily basis. Their workshops could build apparatus to your specifications, and their laboratories try out your ideas. This would provide a basis for funding applications through the usual channels (NIH, NSF, Dept. of Energy, Defense, etc.). If something can be constructed and demonstrated to people it usually has a greater effect than a million scientific papers. I am quite prepared to accept that an electrodynamics based on the physical reality of the potential will make the older view redundant. If everything is shifted to the potentials we get many possibilities. Lastly I realize that it takes great determination to put radically new ideas over to people in a reasonable form, so obviously you have my every encouragement. It does not necessarily follow that all universities are open minded to new ideas, they tend to be by definition conservative teaching institutions. So if Louisville is open to new ideas, good for them. You are the leading expert in this area, and I am glad that you are being listened to. The problems I can foresee are that if your ideas work, people will try to put them to bad use as well as good use, human nature being unchanged for five million years. So careful control by the US Government (speaking as a green carder) will be of obvious importance. These are just common sense remarks obvious to everyone but it does no harm to repeat them. That is very much the way I'm trying to proceed. Presently I'm writing up the two-part mechanism; the first part is the one that Priore used (just pumping a mass in the time domain, using longitudinal EM waves) and the second part is the extension I have added (steering the time-reversal path). The "longitudinal pumping only" method will cause the mass to time-reverse back to a previous mass state it occupied, but it will not divert the time-reversed path to some other form the mass never had. Pautrizel, one of the scientists who worked on the Priore team, showed this conclusively by time-reversing seriously infected immature young rats before they ever possessed a mature immune system. The longitudinal pumping did indeed reverse the cells back to their "previously normal" but immature state, so that the rat's immature immune systems were still incapable of dealing with the infectious agents. Consequently those rats then died with reinfection after the treatments were ended. The immature rats, of course, had an exact vacuum engine present in their cells for that "immature immune cells" condition. Since pumping in the time domain involves vacuum engines (internal structuring of the overall stream of time in the mass's time stream) rather than just energy waves (3-space energy density structuring and dynamics), then the vacuum engine present with the mass is the actual input (i.e., corresponds to the NLO signal wave in ordinary transverse wave pumping) to the mass as a pumped phase conjugate mirror. When one pumps in the time domain, one creates a change of the mass along its previous "time-path", without spatial translation of the mass. When one pumps in the "3-space energy dynamics" wave domain, one creates a time-reversed replica of the input (signal) wave. My addition to Priore's longitudinal wave (time domain) pumping mechanism was that, after the technology starts developing and we learn how to calculate vacuum engines (structured energy and time components of local ST geometry) and "fingerprint" engines for normal cellular states, then we can calculate the engine for the normal state the cellular mass SHOULD have had back there, if it had actually BEEN a mature cellular mass. We then subtract the ACTUAL immature engine from the DESIRED mature vacuum engine, to get the "delta" or "difference engine." Now we pump the immature infected cell in the time domain while simultaneously adding the delta engine, so that the mass now time-reverses along a deviated path leading back to a virtual normal cellular condition. Thus with this approach, the cells of the immature rats would have backed up to cells of rats with MATURE immune systems, as did his other normal mature rats. In that case (as his other experiments already showed), the immature rats should have not only been reversed back to health, but also their now-matured immune systems could and would have prevented re-infection. So I added a "trajectory along the reversed-time path" kind of steering, so to speak, to deviate the results from any actual "past state" to a desired "past state" or just to a desired "change state." Becker's work is particularly interesting in that, just using potentials, he was adding the infolded longitudinal biwaves comprising those potentials, as his "longitudinal pump waves." Thus he too was "pumping in the time domain." Further, as the red blood cells entered the bone fracture zone where Becker's potential existed, they first individually were TD pumped. So they dedifferentiated by shucking their hemoglobin and growing a nucleus. Now, of course, the entire area is being pumped, including the bone cells in the fracture zone, etc. There is thus a "mix" of a normal bone vacuum engine and the red-blood cell's modified vacuum engine after its dedifferentiation. The DELTA vacuum engine is what is being phase conjugated. So the modified red cells now altered (genetics and all) into blastemas for cartilage, as their first main step along the way toward "bone" condition. However, those second cells still have a delta, and that delta is still pumped. So the cartilage blastemas then changed into bone cell blastemas, and were deposited in the fracture site, healing the fracture. Becker also studied the regenerative system in depth, or as much as could be done with the models he had in hand. He knew the regenerative system could physically alter cells and their genetics, i.e., could actually change the mass, the chemistry, etc. He knew the scalar potential was the major thing present when this was ongoing. Some systems (such as worms) can even be split in two, and each half will regenerate a complete worm again. In more complex organisms, the regenerative capacity is more limited. But the Priore mechanism, I think, shows that the electrical control system of the body also utilizes the internal Whittaker longitudinal biwave structure of the scalar potential as the missing active mechanism from Becker's epochal struggle to uncover it. The remaining missing ingredient was to realize that a longitudinal EM wave is velocity modulated, and that the longitudinal photons are not varying their transverse amplitudes, but their longitudinal amplitudes. That means they are varying their time components, not just energy. (Physics seems to have largely omitted considering the time increment of the photon, but just concentrates primarily on the energy component.) At any rate, if the time components are oscillating rather than the energy components, then one has (1) a structure of the time stream of the pumped object itself, and (2) a set of pump wave oscillations being applied to that mass in the TIME domain rather than the SPATIAL domain. So after repeated trial and error, I finally fitted all that together (hopefully!) and got something that would fit (1) Priore's work, (2) Becker's work, (3) Kaznacheyev's work (which showed that any kind of cellular death, disease, or disorder could be induced into cells at a distance via novel EM use), and Popp's work (which supports the existence of a master cellular control system in the body that is "internal" to the normal EM, and from which coherent "mitogenetic radiation" in the form of leakage photons emerges. The missing keys to all this very important work by these researchers was the absence of the infolded electrodynamics (Stoney, Whittaker, and Ziolkowski) inside the scalar potential, and in turn the treatment of other EM treatment methods (such as pulsed DC magnetic fields) to transpose the fields to two potentials (Whittaker 1904, with extensions later by Debye, McCrea, Dirac, Bromwich, etc.) This in short gives a great and revolutionary (I think!) new infolded electrodynamics as a sort of "information content" hidden in all EM fields and potentials and waves. I also noted that, assuming the "steering the time-reversal path" addition to Priore's mechanism holds and is developed, the process should be capable of nullifying radioactive wastes, and thus solving that very irritating problem in fairly straightforward fashion. At any rate, in my conversations (about two hours) with the scientist at University of Louisville who is the main electromagnetics and nonlinear optics professor, he had no real difficulty in seeing the portent of this approach, given that experiments do in fact bear out the mechanisms. Of course he also understood the importance of the fact that the Priore experiments were done before nonlinear phase conjugate optics got going, and so there were no adequate models by which to assess the work or by which one could attempt to construct even a conceptual technical explanation at the time. For the graduate seminar (which seemed to go well), I had exerted enormous effort to produce and deliver a proper colored-slide briefing on all that, and will be including those painful illustrations in my book on Priore, and perhaps in the separate paper I hope to now write. I am doing everything in my power to pass this along to the scientific community, because it must obviously have much more work and a higher caliber work than I personally am capable of doing. I have faith in the scientific method, and I have faith in the working scientists. If it can just be communicated to them properly, I believe they will investigate it experimentally and thoroughly. And then, assuming that this hypothesizing and "evidence fitting" is valid, God willing we will yet get a great new revolution in the ability to cure these dread diseases that now beset so much of humankind. Again, my deep appreciation to you for your forbearance with a "conceptualist" such as I am, and for your personal encouragement. It really helps! Sincerely, Tom
