Books on Non-Abelian Electrodynamics Tom, If a book can be reviewed I can ask Wiley to send you a complimentary copy. The paperback of part two of Modern Nonlinear Optics is about $35. The complimentary copy will consist of three paperback volumes at around $35 each. Unfortunately the Kluwer hardbacks "The Enigmatic Photon" are much more expensive, the fourth volume was scheduled to appear last November. Similarly I can arrange for review copies to be sent to Bob Flower or yourself or both, in return for a copy of the review to Messrs Kluwer Academic of Dordrecht, Boston and London. There are two volumes in World Scientific which can be similarly sent on for review, with a third being written now. The three first volume sof The Enigmatic Photon were reviewed very positively in the journal Apeiron, Edited by Roy Keys. Modern Nonlinear Optics won an award for excellence featured in the Wiley Newsletter of Spring 1985 I think. At almost exactly the same time as this award came through I was hounded out of UNCC. The personnel responsible for this were not local North Carolina people, who were always polite. Unfortunately, the B(3) concept was just a bit too radical or before its time. I still correspond with my colleague Dr. Aktas at UNCC, who supported B(3) So the whole scene there was rather unfortunate. The two books with Barrett are of course very important, and I recently reviewed one of these for Foundations of Physics. There are about thirty debate papes on B(3) as per the appended list. I recently donated well over $1,000 worth of books to the Library of University of Wales, Swansea. Among these were two copies of MNO. Your nearest copy might be in Univ. of Alabama, Huntsville, in the "Advances in Chemical Physics" series. The important papers are in a journal called "Foundations of Physics (Letters)" and Physica. Obviously if a cure can be found as below you would get a dozen Nobel Prizes on the spot. Much more important would be that the lives of millions of people would have been saved. So if there is the slightest chance that such a cure might work, all efforts should be made to pursue the cure, particularly as there are people with free time (e.g. your group) to do this. People are always cynical before a cure is found, e.g. Louis Pasteur had terrible trouble with his anthrax work before he finally demonstrated it. Please feel free to forward messaegs such as these to your important contacts in Washington. I am only a resident alien, but I have passed my citizen exam, 100%. So I am waiting for a final citizen interview. I have carefully read the material you sent to me by mail and I am thinking and developing these ideas in the language of modern field theory. However, I will definitely do that. The Evans work is of great importance. And I firmly believe his B(3) work will prevail. Just now am struggling to get off on my 2-week trip on 4 Jan. I will be back here on 17 Jan or 18 Jan, and will contact you again immediately upon my return. I will be examining an overunity device (combustion type, already independently tested and certified), which I was able to provide a basic theory for. I'm under pretty strict nondisclosure, but this one seems real. I'll know for sure shortly. Anyhow, if it proves real, then I will also do whatever I can to assist the inventor get that product out on the world market. Of course with adequate funding, he will be able to obtain the proper caliber scientific work to produce a decent engineering model from the conceptual start I've made. Then it's full bore on getting out the Priore book. A correspondent in France is kindly running down Priore's heirs (hopefully) so I can request permission to publish Priore's doctoral thesis on www.tarapublishing.com/books in both French and English (Alain Beaulieu has graciously translated the thesis into English for me). I really want that thesis to be salvaged and not lost on the trash heap of science. Priore's method was to "mix" a nominal 17 or so EM transverse waves in a rotating plasma, where the plasma mixing tube was inside a giant coil producing a strong, pulsed DC field. Actually (unknown to Priore or anyone else) the plasma phase conjugated the input waves and added their phase conjugate replicas to them, making wavepairs each composed of a wave and its true phase conjugate replica or "antiwave" -- the very process that "converts" a transverse EM wave to a sort of standing longitudinal wave (have to add the fact that photons carry not only energy but time components, and thus waves carry not only energy components but time components also. The antiwave carries a negative time component, while the wave carries a positive time component. So the translational impulses of a coupled wave-antiwave pair cancel because of antiphased time components -- or actually they sum to a vector zero -- while the wave energies add. This produces a standing wave of change of the local energy density of the vacuum -- in short, from general relativity that produces a standing electrogravitational wave. It is also a standing wave of oscillations of the time rate of flow about the standard; i.e., it is oscillating between positive and negative time dilation. This is the way to engineer general relativity on the bench!) So what came out of Priore's mixing tube was longitudinal (electrogravitational) standing wavepairs. Each precisely like one wavepair of Whittaker 1903 decomposition of the scalar potential into bidirectional wavepairs. Further, these wavepairs produced by Priore formed a potential (Whittaker 1903), and the mixing tube was inside the coil producing the pulsed DC magnetic field. Well, Whittaker 1904 tells us the pulsed DC magnetic field can be expressed as two scalar potentials. The mixing tube also formed a complicated scalar potential. Potentials superpose, that is their basic operational interaction. So the output was the melded set of potentials -- in short, a DC-magnetic field, strongly pulsed, containing an infolded set of longitudinal pump waves produced by the plasma mixing process. Here is the dramatic extension to NLO that Priore was using, long before NLO was even born! When you pump any mass with longitudinal EM waves (oscillating time rate waves), you produce conjugated vacuum engines, not a phase conjugated wave. The vacuum engine (set of local internested curvatures of spacetime) accompanying the mass (Wheeler's principle in GR), serves as the "input signal" in this new kind of NLO pumping. Further, to the time dimension, everything spatial (as the mass) is totally nonlinear. Hence NLO functions apply at any and all frequencies, no matter how low or how high. [There are some profound implications of that statement, which I will go into at a later time.] Further, when you pump the mass via longitudinal EM pump waves, you time-reverse the mass itself back to a previous state. In biology, that "pumping with longitudinal EM waves" will reverse pumped diseased or damaged cells -- genetics and all -- back to an earlier, healthy condition! This is the mechanism I uncovered for Priore' methodology after fighting the problem for over 10 years. So the Pulsed DC magnetic field carrier guaranteed penetration of the entire body, including into the bone marrow where all the immune cells are born, and into the thymus and other regions where they mature. Every cell of the body was penetrated, right down to its atomic nucleus (via nuclear magnetic resonance). This "pumped" every cell of the body and all the components of every cell -- including the immune cells and the damaged or diseased cells, genetics and all. It reaches right down to the molecule, the atom, the atomic nucleus, and even the quarks comprising the nucleons. It formed precise, tailored vacuum engines for each and every pumped cell. All of them just backed up to a previous state. Normal cells just got a little younger. The diseased and damaged cells were restored to a nondiseased and nondamaged state. (Actually, the regenerative system of the body works this way anyhow, just on a lesser scale and more limited). So Priore found how to powerfully amplify the restorative system, not the immune system per se. But since the damaged or weakened immune cells were also pumped and time-reversed, they also backed up to a previous state. If the immune system had previously been healthy, the damaged or suppressed immune systems were restored -- by the regenerative system, not the immune system per se. That is why the pathogens were not killed by the Priore pumping. He was pumping cells, not killing them. But the pumping of the recognition system portion of the immune function, in the presence of the infection or antigen, produced an antibody to the exact infection or other antigen, by the extension to Priore's method I also discovered and advanced earlier in 1997. As you can see, AIDS could be totally cured with such technology, the moment a patient tested HIV positive. All in all, there's a vast and powerful new type of medicine -- awesome in its potential -- involved here. I will do everything in my power to see that it gets resurrected and redeveloped (and that truly good scientists such as that crazy Bob Flowers get chosen to work on it, instead of just ordinary MDs and ordinary Physicists.) With the spreading knowledge (MUCH deeper than anything I personally have!) of longitudinal waves and their importance among the best scientists such as yourself, Evans, and Barrett, this is a thing whose time has come. We will yet see "longitudinal EM wave physics" come to fruition, to clean Humankind of its ageold scourge of disease and pestilence -- and lots else besides. Happy New Year and a great 1998!
