Glad the stuff is getting through the old internet to you!  (Lot's cheaper
than phonecalls).

Note in the antigravity reply to the correspondent, I was focusing upon
the energy aspects directly, and what is involved in antigravity at its
most fundamental level, at least as I conceive it.

However, energy can be manipulated by various means.  Sound, e.g., is
readily phase conjugated.  Since sound is a special form of mechanical
energy (or can be so considered), then mechanical gadgetry should also be
capable of phase conjugating and also pumped phase conjugate reflection.
As a matter of fact, Tesla discovered mechanical phase conjugation and
phase conjugate pumping in his laboratory in New York City, before it was
burned.  That was the little 10-pound mechanical device that started the
streets and buildings around him to start to rumble and shake, and the
disturbance to grow.  He hit the little device with a hammer to break it
and destroy the effect -- which was iterative phase conjugation
(self-targeting) between distant PPCMs and his little 10-lb ppcm.

In other words, take one of those pieces of material out there in the
street that was affected.  That material, plus all the others, is doing a
very similar thing that occurs in anti-Stokes emission in an intensely
scattering medium, as for example in Lawandy's experiment and in
Patterson's unit.  As the energy retroreflects back and forth between
pieces of matter involved, the energy density in that region increases.
Well, that is an increase in potential in that region -- in short,
asymmetrical self-regauging by this "medium," where the little 10-pound
device is the "signal wave" input.  It is an overunity process, quite
similar to Lawandy's lasing without population inversion and Patterson's
process, and so the energy density can and will continue to grow until a
limiting nonlinearity sets in, in the iterative retroreflection (ping
pong), that limits further growth by reducing the coefficient of
reflection (i.e., coefficient of retroreflection) to zero.

This process (ping pong asymmetrical self-regauging) is awesome.  It is
the one which required that I correct the fundamental work-energy theorem
of physics.  The energy density level at which the limiting process
(degrading of the reflection coefficient to zero) sets in determines how
energetic the process is.  The more nonlinear the medium, the greater the
threshold at which limiting finally sets in and stabilizes the process.
As an example, the gamma ray bursters seem to be at a high threshold of
this type of process, I think!  The newly discovered astrophysical sources
(the SOURCES themselves have not been identified, just their locations I
believe) also fit in.  I have a chart which shows the scale of different
levels of "self-regauging stabilization" energy densities.  As the
stabilization energy density levels increase, the probability of such a
process occurring becomes smaller.  At the highest level, one now has the
BIG BANG itself!   It's very, very rare, but this is the fundamental
mechanism that produces it.  And its probability is NOT zero!  I suspect
(but have not worked out) that the missing neutrinos in the sun are
missing precisely because the ASSUMED energy mechanism is not as much
involved in the sun's escaping energy density as has been assumed under
the old "single-pass, single energy collection" work-energy theorem.
Instead, I think that this ping pong asymmetrical self-regauging process
is involved because of the fierce nonlinearity of the sun's interior.
That would mean that, say, two thirds of the energy density escaping from
the sun's surface is due to the ping pong effect, not to the nuclear
furnace effects which would give the neutrinos theorized and found wanting
for lo these many years.

So, yes, there are probably a myriad ways to manipulate the energy used in
producing antigravity and get the antigravity effect going.  After all,
one is just manipulating the energy that normally interacts to produce
Newton's third law reaction, and that of course is rather ubiquitous.  But
I think that, in each of these other  "macro" antigravity approaches you
mentioned, the exact energetics mechanism or very close to it is what I
sent to the correspondent.  At least I explained (in as plain language as
I can put it) how I conceive it.  He can start from there and go forth on
his own, and not have to repeat all the countless hours I spent wondering
how one could possibly produce an antigravity process in the first place.

What I forgot to include to him was the correction factor for Lorentz's
little surface integration trick, which arbitrarily discarded the
nondivergent component of the Poynting energy flow.  That factor may
nominally be taken as 10exp13.  In other words, in the ping pong (which
involves energy flow as well as energy collection!) one is actually
processing some 10exp13 as much energy density as the conventional
electrodynamics and physics compute.  With that factor in mind, it is much
more easily understood why one can get such practical curvatures of the
local spacetime.  The general relativists are off by a factor of nominally
10exp13 and don't even know it!

Anyway, that was how I reasoned when I persuaded Sweet to rig the machine
for this and do the antigravity experiment with the vacuum triode
amplifier.  The experiment worked beautifully, although Sweet would not
allow it to be properly replicated and certified by other scientists as it
should have been.  In this area (antigravity) he was very much afraid.  So
he wanted to concentrate on the energy; and even there he never intended
in his heart to allow the machine to go forward or be replicated.  He was
in fact often threatened mysteriously, and on at least one occasion a
silenced high-powered rifle fired at him from about 300 yards.  It fired
just as he stumbled on the steps and fell forward, and the bullet snapped
right by his forward-lurching head.  After that, he would not hear of
having independent replication and certification.  One part of him wanted
very much to do it right and scientifically, and the other part was
mortally afraid.  The latter part always won out, which I think was the
only thing that kept him from being killed outright.
