Dear Milan,

I am sure that everyone will join me in congratulating you on your election by the 
Cambridge (England) Biographical Centre's International Committee as International 
Man of the Year. This comes on top of a similar outstanding honour from Washington 
DC as Man of the Decade of the US Biographical Institute. These come on top of a 
string of outstanding honours in the past few years, and there is obviously a bright 
future for the Alpha Foundation.  

Congratulations to the Hungarian Nation on its referendum result, I trust that this will 
bring peace, prosperity and stability for many years to come and that the Hungarian 
Government will listen to the People. Vox Populi Vox Dei.
